While in COVID RED setting phase 3, BoardGameRentals.co.nz will be open for new rentals and sales. We are able to deliver games and also have our contactless collection at Owhiro Bay set up - with our normal collection boxes ready to go.

You may be aware that COVID-19 can stay on some surfaces for a period of up to 3 days. To ensure that we are not passing it on between rentals, all games will sit in a reception area for 5 days before they are able to be rented again.

We will also be using hand sanitiser on the collection and management of any of our games and orders.

With Omicron being very tranmissible it is likely that either our customers or us will be a Close Contact or become COVID Positive. We understand that over the next 6-8 weeks flexibility will be need on both our and our customers side to help us manage providing and returning games. Sometimes either of us may not be able to leave our homes.

For members who can't make it to Owhiro Bay for collection and drop off I'm am happy to provide your next rental of games sent to you for the postage cost ($6ish) and with no need to return your current rentals until we move out of RED level phase 3 or you can make it into Owhiro Bay.
